EMOTIONS IN PROCESS ORIENTED PSYCHOLOGY
According to old beliefs, affects appeared in the form of gods, spirits or demons. Nowadays we do not worship these gods and don’t quite believe in demons. We try to approach emotions rationally - but they, as if to spite reason and science, get us into troubles - both in theories and in life. The aim of this article is to present the way of thinking about emotions that is based on theory and practice of process oriented psychology: we will look at their meaning and hidden potential.

The beginning of the Dreambody concept was when Arnold Mindell made a connection between body symptoms and dreams. (...) Then he found (...) that when people subtly amplify their body symptoms, they have experiences that closely resemble their dream experiences at night. He called that connection the dreambody.
